What's your favorite form of creative expression?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 24, 2008:

I love to draw out chains of hydrocarbons, attaching functional groups in at various places and the daunting task of giving them their proper IUPAC names afterwards.  Sometimes I do proteins.
